In the beginning of the 24 Day Challenge I had already been losing extra pounds gained over the winter due to a foot surgery that had kept me from my running. The excitement of moving the scale in the right direction and the fact that my clothes were starting to fit me nicely again motivated me to keep going. I found working with a personal trainer  helped me to stay accountable and on target.

I didn't have a lot of weight to lose, but it was a challenge to take off those last 5 pounds. 
 
By week two of the challenge I started to see a loss in inches and body fat! The cravings for sugar and carbs lessened as I applied the supplements, vitamins and workouts.

I treated the 24 Day Challenge as a life style change. 

I am still on target and continue to live my life with celebrations and set backs.  But I now have the tools to keep me on track and the accountability to remind me to keep going in the right direction.
